3.0Singurul aspect pozitiv: câțiva dintre angajați au fost foarte amabili și ne-au tratat cu respect și bunăvoință, încercând să compenseze atmosfera neplăcută creată de conducere!
− Am avut o experiență foarte neplăcută la acest hotel. Managerul a avut un comportament complet nepotrivit: vorbea urât, ridica tonul la copii și la doamne, amenințând cu poliția și cu faptul că ne dă afară din hotel. Atmosfera creată ne-a făcut să ne simțim mai degrabă ca într-o închisoare decât într-un loc de relaxare. Mini-barul, deși menționat, era practic inexistent, băile sunt extrem de mici și incomode, iar regulile impuse sunt absurde și exagerate. Peste toate acestea, ni s-au cerut bani suplimentari pentru curățarea prosoapelor și a lenjeriei, lucru pe care nu l-am întâlnit niciodată la un hotel normal. Din păcate, experiența a fost una foarte dezamăgitoare și nu recomand acest hotel celor care își doresc respect, confort și o vacanță liniștită!
