1.0− We were greeted with an unpalageable staff member who had to ask for help and then turned away because we were local people. I've never heard of a hotel turning someone away because they're not a tourist. They had our money but they wouldn't let us stay. I will take this to a further level. I feel I was treated very badly

10.0It was very easy to find. The woman who checked us in we got there late at night, was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed. The bed isn't the most comfortable but food. The breakfast was ok just standard stuff. For the value it was exceptional. We would be staying here again!

− The person who checked me in was not pleasant. Tried to charge for an early check in. I would have cancelled if I did not prepay. When I did check in I was booked on the second floor with no elevator. I had to lug my work and luggage up. The room also had only a round table for dinning that shook so badly I could not set at it to eat and or do my office work.
