Great location and nice rooms, terrible front desk.

− Have to pay for parking, front desk was incredibly rude and not understanding. I called and asked for an early check in they said no problem at all. I get there and I’m informed that I won’t be able to check in until 4pm, I explained the game starts at 4pm and would like to get a shower before heading to the game. She said earliest I could check in was 2:30. I asked if she could call me when my room became available, never called
Beds were comfortable, hotel was close to everything, would come back again

− Room was very dirty shower looked like it was not cleaned and bathroom not cleaned. I actually had to clean it with the Clorox wipe that I brought with us on our trip when checking in staff member did not tell us they were the parking fee or even an incidental fee I definitely wish I had a picture of the women’s menstrual cycle smeared all over the bathroom walls and shower absolutely disgusting
