There was nothing that I enjoyed about my stay here.

− No A/C in the rooms, water pressure in shower was minimal, elevator issues, reservation issues, housekeeping didn't clean my room after I requested it, no breakfast, had to pay extra for parking, had to listen to the carpets being cleaned on a Saturday, they were changing all the door locks, so I had to deal with someone in my room. Back to the elevator situation, it was a joke. The elevator would barely give people time to get off and no time for people to get on before the doors started closing. Once they started closing, tgere was no stopping the doors. I got my arm stuck in the doors several times trying to stop the doors from closing and had to manually force them open. Then once on the elevator is was a huge pain to get to the floor you wanted. I got stuck in it several times just trying to get to the first floor. The staff was ok, although at the end of the day, I feel like I was discrimated against for being a blue collar worker that decided to try to stay somewhere that I thought was going to be nice. When I had to extend my stay, I was basically told that they usually only cater to owners and high end clientele that know how long they need to stay. If I had know I was going to be treated this, I would have never made reservations here. I checked out and went across the street to the Comfort Inn and have had such a better experience. I will never stay at a Sheraton property again.

Das Appartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten mit genug Platz für alle Personen und Koffer. Die Küche ist klasse (es fehlen leider Gewürze und Öl) und auch Waschmaschine und Trockner sind praktisch. Der Whirlpool im Zimmer war spitze vor allem nach langen Skitagen.

− In der Küche könnten etwas mehr Teller stehen, dass man nicht dauernd abwaschen muss. Auch wäre Salz, Pfeffer und Öl gut als Minimalaustattung.

Excellent location, clean, and a great value for what you get. I particularly liked the underground garage where you could take the elevator directly to your room.
