10.0For this visit - Front desk staff was very helpful in ensuring my request for a room facing street (claustrophobic) was available. I stay here quite a bit and staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice clean hotel with great location

− Mal aseo. Encontré una media en el piso de la habitación que supongo correspondía al anterior huésped. Clara muestra que no hicieron un buen aseo previo a nuestra llegada.

− Очень очень грязно! Просто невозможно грязный ковер и видно что недавно что то пролили и персонал просто даже тряпочкой не вытер. Не меняют полотенца и не застелить кровать. Лишь выкинули Мусор на второй день. Мало принадлежностей для душа. Завтрак скудный. Блокируют карточки доступа каждый день. И надо снова обращаться к персоналу.

Keine Empfehlung - Lärm und Gestank - und keine Kompensation
1.0Lage ganz ok, allerdings direkt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster sind gar nicht dicht, die Zimmer relativ muffig. Es gibt ein einfaches Frühstück und 2-3 Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die Garage ist kostenpflichtig und kostet mehr (mehr als doppelt so viel) wie bei booking angegeben ist.
− Unser Zimmer war extrem heiß, Klimageräte und Kühlschrank sind extrem laut. Zudem stank es in dem Zimmer. Ein zimmerwechsel wurde nicht ermöglicht, obwohl wir direkt reklamiert haben und zwei Nächte dort waren. Die Nächte waren sehr schlaflos und alle Klamotten riechen jetzt nach dem Zimmer. Das Management das wir kontaktiert haben, hat bisher keine kompensation vorgenommen. Wir können die Unterkunft daher ausdrücklich NICHT empfehlen!!
