2.0When i booked this I chose to pay at property. When I got to the hotel I was told my room was cancelled after driving over an hour and that they sent me an email advising it was cancelled. No one called me to say I needed to pay before I got there and email is not a reliable form of communication. Very unprofessional and I will be notifying Marriot of this.

6.0Rooms are renovated and are comfortable in general. I booked a queen bed plus a sofa bed room. The sofa bed is a foldable futon. When you unfold it is hard and has no mattress. It is really uncomfortable and obviously not what they advertise. I complained but because it was past midnight, I had to wait until the next day to get help from the manager. They switch the room to a 2 bedroom suite. It has 2 queen beds and was very comfortable. Rooms are nice, but sleeping on that was bad. Staff was helpful but couldn’t solve my problem immediately.
