10.0Adjacent to Cleveland Clinic. Staff are very polite. The bathrooms are spacious and clean Beds are amazingly comfortable, and the rooms are light and airy. There is even an iron and ironing board in the rooms, and plenty of storage/hanging space.

10.0An exemplary hotel. Beautiful decor. Huge, comfortable rooms. Outstanding restaurant. Very good location for Cleveland's cultural attractions. Very efficient valet parking for our car.

10.0The location was great as it is attached to Cleveland clinic which we had appointments for. The rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious. Beddings were clean and sufficient. Staff was friendly and hospitable. Table 45 restaurant is a very good restaurant.
− Room TV was not smart TV. It was difficult to find a show to watch. Valet parking was $ 45 but not so efficient. We requested our car prior to check out, but had to wait for it --- when they were not busy. Lack of hustle on the parking crew.
Great room and great facility. You relieved much of the streees of my hospial visit.

8.0Room wasn’t ready, the air conditioner went on and off and I couldn’t sleep. The food was just ok. I thought the hotel would be a lot better!
