− que habiendo ingresado un día a las 11 pm y habiendo salido 2 días despues, el segundo día (a pesar que envie un correo en el cual inicialmente me decian si) no me hallan permitido permanecer 2 o 3 horas mas del checking habitual (11 am) sin pagar un adicional y que halla tenido que salir a las 11 am y que llegando me cobren una garantia de US $ 75 (nunca antes me habian informado) y que saliendo del hotel me digan que la garantia me la devuelven entre 8 a 10 dias posteriores a mi salida

− Internet went down for 4 days. Fire alarms kept going off because there was an incident in restaurant. House keeping didn't come to room for entire 11 day period. I had to ask them to vacuum carpet to just keep the dust down.
