The location was good, the staff friendly and the facilities excellent.

1.0Location for us was perfect as we were visiting friends
− Was dirty and tired. I had a hair on my towel and rust on the rack above the sink which kept falling in the sink! We were placed on a Dirty table for breakfast full of crumbs and my tea cup was stuck to the table. One member of staff checking in as well as serving food to outside so seemed distracted. Lady organising breakfast was very friendly but again seemed on her own.

− The room was dirty and items were unclean Inc towels.. TV not working all the time.No evening meals as place was supposed to be closed Saturday night due to a family party, a very loud sleep disturbing party. Poor breakfast experience
