Gute Lage, aber zu warm wegen defekter Klimaanlage

− Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Personal konnte auch nicht helfen. Obwohl uns beim Einchecken gesagt wurde, dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer zum Innenhof hätten, ging das Zimmer Richtung Marienplatz und war sehr laut. Da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte, wollten wir das Fenster nicht schließen.
