8.0Check in was easy, staff helpful. Hotel is very outdated, carpet old, furniture old and chipped. My air conditioner was very loud which woke me up several times.

8.0The hotel was overall good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were nice, the bathrooms were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The area surrounding the hotel and casino looked very unsafe, but once inside, there were security features that made us feel...well, secure. The ice machine on our floor didn't work and the exercise room wasn't great. The treadmills didn't work, the seat on the airdyne bike was wobbly and the only barbells still in pairs were 25 lbs or more. Price was great and overall a good value.

6.0The beds were really hard, and the springs would pop when you move. The shower had no pressure. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean.
