I was a really nice apartment. It was comfortable and everything had its place. It was spacious and clean.

− The toilet flushed once and it took a while to fill back up. It may be a little noisy for some, however it was alright for me.

Great location but expected better for my money.

Location was really good, staff were friendly. Building felt secure from main entry but apartment windows felt really close to platform/ledges in neighbouring buildings.

− Apartment was surface level clean, bedding/towels etc, but straight away the lobby was grubby. Looked like a years worth of dust on the stairs carpet. The apartment was quite tired. The bathroom tiles were very stained and grout was disgusting. I didn’t use the kitchen but when I went to lower the blinds for privacy they were thick with dust.

Convenient, easy to book, check in etc. warm welcome. The apartment was well set up and the facilities are all good

La localisation est top . Il y a un supermarché tout proche et de nombreux restaurants très sympa. Sans parler de la gare pour Stansted et le métro tout proches. L’appartement est spacieux et heureusement équipé de ventilateurs vu qu’il n’est pas climatisé ( mais nous le savions à la réservation).

− L’appartement est vieillissant. La literie manque de confort et la salle de bain aurait besoin d’être rafraîchie.

Don't Stay here! find somewhere else!

− I never write reviews but I needed to write one about this place as there were so many unacceptable & uncomfortable things about our stay. Upon arrival there was hair in the tub drain, no tissues replenished, no soap refiled in the bottle in the shower, worn chairs & a dirty sponge left for cleaning dishes. The floors are in dire need of refinishing/are dirty, worn, discolored & exhausted unlike those shown in photos. The pedal on the trash can was also broken. These are "serviced" apartments/not renting an apartment from an individual owner. Since we were staying for a week they said we could have our room cleaned once which is fine/you have to provide 24 hours notice. We booked 10 months in advance & at the time it was advertised as having air conditioning which was a primary reason we booked otherwise we would have found a different stay. There is central AC in the apartment but it is non functional. On 95 degree days, this was not ok considering the listing indicated it. Their response is that they are undergoing repair & could bring a fan to replace the broken one we had while AC works in the reception area. Additionally 1 of the windows in the lounge is so old & it would not open/was stuck shut so that didn't help. The drain was clogged in the tub so every time you shower you are in standing water. The shower is extremely high and there's no anti slip mat. Unfortunately my mother slipped & fell in the shower/tub injuring her side. Thank goodness she did not hit her head or had a worse injury. What I came to find out is that this property was bought/taken over by Dmontrio in April & they own & manage 10 properties in London. I booked prior to this so assuming the good reviews were under previous ownership. Booking.com reached out to them on our behalf & no response! Go figure!
