10.0I really liked my stay at this hotel was very close to Masjid al Nabwi and was very convenient. All stuff are very friendly and owner is all very caring. Highly recommend this hotel ti anyone who is traveling to Madina.

2.0I booked a 4-night stay at Karam Taiba Almasi and had a very bad experience. The room price was similar to a 4-star hotel, but the service was terrible. There were no proper facilities or amenities. A room meant for two beds was turned into a 4-bed room, making it very narrow and cramped. You could barely move around. All the furniture was broken, and the bathroom fittings were also damaged. The cleaning service was extremely poor—no daily room cleaning, and they didn’t even take out the garbage. The management was very unprofessional. Overall, my experience was horrible. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
