Impossible d’accéder à la chambre!! Personne pour aider.
1.0Nous n’avons jamais pu accéder à la chambre. Le code qui nous a été donné pour ouvrir la porte au deuxième étage ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait personne au téléphone d’urgence pour nous venir en aide, alors que nous avons téléphoné hier vers 19h donc pendant les horaires d’ouverture soit disant de 9:00 à 24:00. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue et nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence ! C’est inadmissible et nous réclamons le remboursement de la somme de 152,10€ que vous m’avez prélevée le 2/09/2026. J’ai évidemment signalé ce problème à l’établissement lorsqu’ils se sont enfin manifestés aujourd’hui par WhatsApp pour nous réclamer la taxe de séjour !! Sarebbe stato perfetto se avessi potuto dormire più di 8 minuti consecutivi
1.0Posizione centralissima. Camera ben arredata.
− Impossibile dormire a causa di un rumore intermittente e costante proveniente dal condizionatore o da un altro dispositivo ad esso vicino. Nella doccia funzionava solo il doccino e non la tanto promozionata doccia con tanto di cromoterapia. Il frigobar completamente vuoto.

− Bed wasn't the most comfortable but manageable for three nights. Location was fantastic so give and take.

− Materasso del letto impresentabile, base del letto usurata, ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 16.00 per poter fare il check in anziché alle 15.00
