Lage top, Ausstattung top, das fehlende Tageslicht in der Wohnung ist das einzige Manko.
6.0Die Lage der Unterkunft in der Nähe der Piazza Navona ist unschlagbar. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war gehoben, vor allem das Badezimmer mit freistehender Badewanne sehr chic
− Die Fenster gingen alle zu innenliegenden Schächten, dadurch kam kaum Tageslicht herein, was wir als bedrückend empfunden haben. Die Zimmer hatten aber ein gutes Lichtkonzept. In Italien durchaus üblich, für uns beiden großen Menschen aber etwas schwierig war die Tatsache, dass es nur eine Bettdecke gab.

A convenient clean and spacious stay right by Piazza Navona.
8.0Our location was perfect for the Piazza Navona area. The room had plenty of space and was very comfortable, all we needed for our three day stay.
− The step transition from the kitchen to bedroom area is a trip/fall hazard. Toting luggage upstairs was very tiresome.

− La cama habria que cambiarla estaba bastante ⁴estropeada, feisima, estaba bastante deteriorado somier y la.limpieza era mejorable. Nos esperabamos una suite como la de las fotos y por lo menos la nuestra no era asi.
Impossible d’accéder à la chambre!! Personne pour aider.
1.0Nous n’avons jamais pu accéder à la chambre. Le code qui nous a été donné pour ouvrir la porte au deuxième étage ne fonctionnait pas. Il n’y avait personne au téléphone d’urgence pour nous venir en aide, alors que nous avons téléphoné hier vers 19h donc pendant les horaires d’ouverture soit disant de 9:00 à 24:00. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue et nous avons dû trouver un autre hôtel en urgence ! C’est inadmissible et nous réclamons le remboursement de la somme de 152,10€ que vous m’avez prélevée le 2/09/2026. J’ai évidemment signalé ce problème à l’établissement lorsqu’ils se sont enfin manifestés aujourd’hui par WhatsApp pour nous réclamer la taxe de séjour !!
