Terrible experience with poor cleanliness, unprofessional service, and facilities not provided.
1.0Unfortunately, there was nothing particularly positive about my stay. The overall experience was disappointing due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and unprofessional management.
− I had to wait almost two hours for the keys despite arriving within the advertised check-in hours. The rooms and bathrooms were not clean, and although breakfast was included in my booking, it was never provided during my three-day stay. The host was extremely unresponsive, often reading my WhatsApp messages without replying, leaving me with no assistance throughout my stay.

2.0− 1 We were checked in an hour later than the agreed time. 2 Breakfast was included in our booking, but we never received it. We were promised breakfast vouchers/tickets, but they were never provided. 3 They completely ignored our messages on both WhatsApp and Booking.com. 4 The room and bathroom were very dirty. Everything was covered in dust, the wardrobe was full of greasy handprints and smashed mosquitoes, and the bed linen had visible stains. Extremely disappointed with the service and cleanliness!

− Fa tutto schifo, le foto non sono reali. Siamo entrati vedendo le condizioni abbiamo subito cambiato la struttura..un vero schifo e tralaltro personale e assistenza assente.
