Nice hotel, average rooms.
8.0The hotel is nice, the pools are all nice and clean. The food is actually pretty good for an all inclusive. Lots of options. The rooms however are not great. We had a family suite and having a babies cot in the room just took up so much space that we could hardly move. The beds were terribly uncomfortable and creaky. Could hear noises coming from neighbours rooms. There wasn't even any shower gel in the room. A couple of other points to note, pools towels were not available without leaving a deposit which is a bit crap really. The shuttle bus to the beach stopped running for a couple of days. Overall this is a nice all inclusive but some the rooms could do with upgrading.

4.0The resort itself has a lot of potential, but the food is really disappointing. Every day the buffet is exactly the same, with very little variation and poor quality. This is a shame, especially considering the supposed experience of manager Jason at the à la carte restaurants. Despite promises to improve, nothing was done about it.
