10.0The staff, food, facilities and room were great. Just what we needed for a family getaway.
− The hotel is a little 'tired' it could use a bit of a refurb or freshen up.
Ok stay if you want to avoid casinos.
7.0We were given a free upgrade to ocean view. The hotel is ok, outdated as most people say. Bar staff were friendly and food was good.
− Smells a little due to humidity ( I guess that can't be helped), bed was incredibly uncomfortable due to the people shaped dips in the mattress. Hotel kindly offered a surprise birthday cake for my husband, only for the check in guy to ask about said surprise cake around 5 times. Do not try to pull off surprises here lol.
