I wont ever come back to the place just cz of my bad experience with that On-call welcome assistance lady. Otherwise it
6.0Huge property with quick pvt beach access!! The gardeners have done remarkable work in maintaining the vegetation sooo well. Ours was lagoon facing room and it was amazingly beautiful.
− The worst thing about hotel was one lady staff sitting at On-call reception number in the evening and night hours of 29th June,2026. On my repeated calls and request she didnt provide me with anything and when i said i ll report you only then my ordered item arrived with a delay of over 1.5 -2 hours (i just ordered tea items and a cup). Imagine u realy need a good tea instantly and u get to make it in ur room after 2 hours just cz u are not getting supply of things!!! She was soooooo slow in her response i felt like some old granny has been made to sit and take calls of guests. That was ridiculous on part of a 5 star chain like ITC. Please either warn her or remove her from that seat atleast.
