Need a manager wit more ethic and professionalism she was very out of line and disrespectful

− Manager was beyond rude. I have stayed plenty of times there and that will be my last. I always leave my deposit in cash and right before I leave they go up and check the room to return my cash. So I was told after I paid the room and the deposit it would be after 9 that they could give me the deposit when I had to leave by 7:30. So I had to go back out of my way and putting myself trip on hold loose time and money to wait for the cash. If I would’ve known before I paid I could’ve stayed in another hotel. The manager as I am telling her what happened she just got the money threw it at me and didn’t even apologize. Very poor manners.

− El aire acondicionado hacía demasiado ruido, el agua de la alberca sucia, un elevador no funciona, demasiadas personas que agotaron el desayuno y abarrotaron el comedor, no pudimos desayunar. Huéspedes haciendo fiesta en la alberca adueñandose del lugar, pasillos y elevador mojados por estos huéspedes.
