Comfortable stay in Sonoma Wine Country
8.0Very comfortable rooms. Convenient location in Santa Rosa with good restaurants nearby. Appreciated the recommendation on wineries close by and discount with the hotel.
− General areas and gardens need some care. Buffet breakfast was very standard for the price.
Great overnight stay with the kids
10.0The heated pool was great! The kids loved it. They also did s'mores the night we stayed which was an awesome perk. The room was clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a while.

2.0Upon late arrival/checking in, I was very tired from flying from LAX. The young male receptionist at the front desk started arguing: "You have not paid for breakfast, so you cannot have breakfast here!" However, I knew I had paid for it. Anyways, instead of being so unprofessional and hostile, he could have simply asked me to pay again. And I would have gladly done. But he kept arguing. I will never go there again.
Good to know
A $35 daily fee is assessed to all reservations for destination amenities including complimentary morning coffee in the lobby, infused water in lobby throughout day, 2 water bottles daily upon request, wi-fi access, bicycles and helmets, games in the Sonoma Courtyard, outdoor heated pool and fitness center, complimentary wine tastings on Friday evenings and discounts to our wine partners. We are thankful to our wine partners that offer our guests special 2 for 1 tastings offered at their tasting rooms. Please see the Front Desk for the current list of partnerships and be sure to call ahead of time to ensure availability and or to book an appointment. Don’t forget to let them know you will be our guests to receive discount.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
