Otelden çok memnun kaldık . Konumu muhteşemdi . Tren İstasyonunun hemen yanında. Venedik'in dar sokaklarında bavul taşımak istemeyenler için çok iyi bir seçenek. Odadan her çıktığımızda yatağımız toplandı , havlularımız değiştirildi, çöplerimiz boşaltıldı kahvelerimiz yenilendi. Çalışan personeller güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Bir daha venedik'e gidersek tercihimiz yine bu Otel olur.

− Odada çay yapabilmek için su ısıtıcısı olsaydı mutlu olurduk. Kahve makinesinden temiz sıcak su alamadık maalesef

The location was very nice, and the hotel staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, especially those working in the breakfast room.

− Our room was situated in a separate building from the main hotel. As there was no elevator, carrying heavy luggage via the stairs was somewhat challenging. We were told that this was one of the special rooms available, but the view was rather limited, so we were unsure what made the room special compared with the standard rooms.

Great location. Right by the train station so we didn’t need to drag our suitcases around the city. Really friendly and helpful staff. Loved the atmosphere. Breakfast was great. We loved the garden area where we could sit and enjoyed breakfast. Overall highly recommended.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay. We really liked the hotel—the facilities, cleanliness, and excellent location right next to the train station all met our expectations. We would especially like to recognize the friendly and attentive staff at breakfast, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

− One minor downside was that our room was located next to the elevator. Every time it was in use, we could clearly hear loud banging noises, which was particularly noticeable in the evenings and sometimes during the night. Unfortunately, our otherwise very positive impression was somewhat diminished on the day of our departure. Our return flight wasn't until the afternoon, and we had hoped to spend about 30 minutes in the garden eating a sandwich we had bought at a nearby supermarket. Although we were eventually allowed to use the garden after some hesitation, we were told that eating or drinking our own food was not permitted. For a hotel of this standard, we had expected a bit more flexibility and hospitality. It was a disappointing end to what had otherwise been a very pleasant stay. Aside from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel and enjoyed our time there.

La situation géographique est parfaite pour des gens voyageant en train comme nous et ayant beaucoup de bagages. Cependant, nous étions "éloignés" des attractions principales.

− De petits ajouts simples à la salle de bain feraient une belle différence: un espace pour les produits dans la douche, des crochets pour les serviettes, robe de chambre... L'espace de préparation dans la salle de bain est presqu'inexistant (comptoir).
