− The setup is very confusing and muddled. The food is very poor. The room was very disappointing in comparison to the property itself

9.0Almost everything. It was a stunning location and the food, facilities and entertainment were exceptional. We will absolutely be staying again. We fell in love with the place.
− The housekeepers had left an expired sandwhich from previous guests in the fridge in the room, and it was obvious they hadn't vacuumed in the room prior to or during our stay. When checking in, the young lady on reception (Precious) really didn't show the hotel in a good light, she couldn't have looked less happy to be there. The lady that was on the following day was exceptional. Apart from those small things, this was an outstanding experience.

9.0It was a lovely hotel, most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the pool was lovely, room was very clean
− 23rd July when we arrived the guy on the south wing reception was not very helpful , we wanted to book for a meal in the evening and he really didn't want to book it , he wanted us to use the QR code to make an account which I really didn't want to do , my technical skills are not very up to date, but after he did help but his tone and patients were very unsettling , we ended up telling him that we would sort it ourselves as he was getting impatient when we asked what was served in the different restaurants, we felt we were a nuisance, we did work it out eventually and the meal was very nice
