− N/A Oh well maybe directions to use coffee maker- I was clueless and gave up and made hot water for tea. 🥴
I feel ripped off for the amount of money I spent, and disappointed for the lack of action from customer service
1.0Nothing, they verbally agreed to give us our money back and have since ghosted both me and booking.com
− The rooms were not well kept, the staff was not helpful, the pool was green. The non smoking room beds had ash burns on the blankets
