− Area was under construction. Pool was out of comission. Was bot notified before came to the hotel. At check in wasn't told. There was no sign on pool that it was shut down. Then the lady at front desk was not very nice when I ask her about it. And acted as if I was stupid because I told her that was why we chose that hotel. Then I told her refrigerator also wasn't working. She told me she couldn't replace my credit...told me to call booking...I said I paid when I got here. As I was calling bookin then all of a sudden she could do it so I could go get another room. I get home ...then see they charged again. Had to call Hotel and have them reverse it again so annoying.
