10.0Banyan Tree Resort is amazing. From check in, t the spectacular villa accommodations to the outstanding housekeeping staff, this resort exceeded our expectations. Our twice a day housekeeping staff of Hori F, Hori S, Lilik and Heoni J made each night special. Truly incredible!
A piece of paradise with culinary excellence!
10.0A Beautiful and peaceful resort ideal for couples. The garden is lush and immaculately maintained and manicured. As soon as you stepped into the resort, immediately you feel relaxed and mesmerised by the tranquility of the place. While there are many villas in the resort, you feel you have the privacy of your own space at all times. The room is spacious and clean, with an amazing Ocean view! And having your own private relaxation pool is a wonderful luxury. The staff is very friendly from the gardening staff to all the hospitality staff to all the managers. They always greet you with a smile and ask how your day is going. A special shout out to the restaurant assistant manager Fandi and chef Rizkan who went out of their way to make sure that you have the best dining experience! Chef Rizkan sourced out the best seafood to cook us a special dinner on our last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The activity staff Benny was extremely friendly and accommodating. He brings a lot of fun energy to your stay running Zumba classes. We had an amazing five days stay at the resort and will definitely be back!

10.0Our stay this time was in a beautiful Spa Pool Villa. We always choose Banyan Tree for its peaceful atmosphere, where every visit feels like a true escape. The spa therapists were wonderful, making our stay even more relaxing and memorable. This was already our fourth visit, and Banyan Tree continues to feel like a place we love coming back to. We can’t wait to return again in the near future. 🤍

10.0Location is wonderful & the beach is perfect & clean. Surroundings are lush & green & includes bats , monkeys & monitor lizard. Surrounded by nature. The villas are spotlessly clean & have amazing view of the South China Sea. The rooms could just need a slight refreshing & more plug sockets for charging phones etc near the bed. Pools are excellent & all the staff at the Banyan Tree are incredible. Always helpful polite & cheerful. 100% for their attention to detail & efficiency. I would say they are the best hotel staff i have ever come across. The food in Saffron is the best Thai food we have had & the service was excellent especially from Niken who was very attentive & cheerful & remembered us whenever she saw us. Nothing was too much trouble for her to sort out & is a credit to the Banyan Tree Bintan.
A delightful surprise on my birthday !
10.0I was delighted with a surprise birthday room decoration- 5 of their friendly staff came to make a beautiful heart out of yellow Allamanda flowers & purple Bougainvillea floreers & tealights on the bedroom floor! It creates a walkway to a Happy Birthday message made out of tree leaves & my favourite animal fashioned out of fresh towels. This touching gesture is a perfect example of Banyan Tree’s oersonalised service and attention to the guest’s unique needs. Thank you to the Housekeeping tean - Randa, Yusuf, Syfa and Lilik - who made my special day!
