4.0− I have traveled a lot, both for work and leisure. This was a negative experience in many ways. First of all, our reservation could not be found even though I had received confirmation by email. Check-in was the slowest ever. Pizza was available until 10pm, but there were only two to choice left. It was warm and didn't taste bad, but I have never eaten such tasteless pizza. The atmosphere at the reception was also a bit rude. And when I wanted to order a beer after the pizza, the first question was ” can You to pay in advance because I am not sure if the payment terminal works” 😀. I recommend to learn how to welcome customers, And breakfast… No one said anything! Apparently the staff has some bigger problems. I will not use this hotel again in the future. But finally, the good points! Good location near the motorway. The rooms were clean and the bed was good.
