8.0Bra rum, god mat och bra faciliteter
− Det var lite svårt att boka bord i restaurangen. Trots att jag både ringde receptionen som inte riktigt lyckades ge besked och sen gick jag till restaurangen för att få rätt på min bokning så fanns där ingen bokning när vi väl kom för att äta. Det löste sig på plats men något rörig upplevelse.

− Va ens rummet städat? Låg en snus på bordet. Poolen kunde garanterat varit 2-4 grader varmare. Stank urin i pool toaletten.

7.0− The staff at the entrance didn't make us feel welcome when we arrived at the hotel. We arrived about 45 minutes before check-in and asked if there was anywhere we could eat. We were simply told that the restaurant opened at 5:00 PM, without any recommendations for places nearby. We were just told to come back in 45 minutes to check in. This level of service was disappointing and not what I would expect from a four-star hotel.

3.0− Alldeles för varm i rummet. Varför kan man inte dra för/ ner gardiner för att hindra solgass under hela dagen före ankomst. Hjälper lite med de fläktar som fanns.
