6.0We stayed at Holland America Denali Lodge 3 nights. They did not clean our rooms once during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and when they brought them to our rooms, they asked my wife & I to put the dirty towels in a bag to remove from our room. This is NOT the kind of stop the level of service I expect from a full-service hotel. At these prices we were very disappointed.

8.0Staff was friendly. Parking was free and close to cabin room. Rooms were basic but met needs - had a call to see northern lights but when we walked outside there were none. Rather it was drizzling so with clouds you can see them, call doesnt make sense
