Viel Platz für zwei Paare mitten in Venedig.
8.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: Mitten in San Polo nah an Rialto und doch ruhig. Auch die kleine Jazz-Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss stört nicht. Im Gegenteil ist sie für ein schnelles, bequemes Abendessen oder einen Schlummertrunk ideal.

− Hot water was switched off - gas supply to boiler was closed. You have to know how to start it

5.0− plusieurs points a revoir d'urgence : robinet dans la salle de bain mal fixé, plafond de la douche moisi ou sale, dans la cuisine des prises murales mal fixées ou en mauvaise états, néon ne fonctionne pas, saladier fendu , juste 4 petites cuillères , manque vraiment de matériel de cuisine, dans les chambres matelas sans alèse et pas confortables, climatisation très bruyante donc impossible de s'en servir, odeur épouvantable dans 1er placard ou est entreposé le matériel de nettoyage . Tous ses points sont vraiment a rectifiés au plus vite , je regrette d'avoir loué cette appartement le prix n’étant pas justifié.

5.0Die Lage war sehr gut! Nur 3 Minuten von der Rialto Brücke entfernt und dennoch ruhig. In der Umgebung gab es auch viele Cafés und Restaurtants.
− Es waren leider keine "Basics" in der Küche verhanden, nicht einmal ein Trockentuch?! Wir hatten erwartet, dass wenigsten etwas Zucker, Milch, Tee, .... verfügbar ist. Diese Sachen in Venedig zu kaufen ist nicht einfach. Zudem würden wir empfehlen eine Kapselkaffeemaschine anzuschaffen, denn Kapseln gibt es überall zu kaufen und sind leicht zu handhaben (leider nicht so umweltfreundlich :-( )
