Great Hotel
10.0Great location, beautiful surrounding and peaceful atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and had a remarkably comfortable bed. Food was good and service was attentive and efficient. Special mention to Rahul Ramakrishnan, Eldho and Niveditha. We would love to come back here….
Good experience
10.0Sbi lunch at bubble cafe from reservation to fond farewell. Each and every staff played a significant job. Rahul what a team leader he is.. Thank you for your coordination may be next month also we are planning to come. Once again Rahul and team good job see you next time
Warm welcome and a good stay experience
10.0We had a very good stay experience at The Vivanta - Ernakulam. We had by mistake booked the wrong Vivanta and were travelling with kids. The staff and the director of operations - Rashmi Menon were very helpful to make our transfers internally. It saved us a lot of hassle and we were glad that they went out of their way to help us.
Comfortable stay with usual Taj service
8.0As it was our special occasion the hotel made us feel very special right from the check-in process. Service level from almost each and every staff was typical of Taj standard - service with a big smile. Would like to especially call out Mr Sujith at the restaurant for going above and beyond in organising an ala carte dish (even though the restaurant was offering buffet dinner) that we did not want to miss during our first Kerala visit. However, we were a bit disappointed with the generic upkeep of the hotel. We were upgraded to an executive suite. The window glass offering view of the Kochi harbour was so dirty that we could not take a photo of the harbour. However, overall we were happy with our stay.
Two-night stay in Kochi
8.0Two-night stay in Vivanta. Welcoming staff at reception. Rooms are clean, but mosquitoes were present at night. The food was very good—poor internet connectivity. The internet connectivity is not secure. We were willing to pay extra for secure internet connectivity. We took a train from Kochi to Thiruvananthapuram. We took a hotel car to the Ernakulam Town Station. The driver did not offer to assist us with our luggage to get into the station.

10.0Excellent place to stay in kochi. Lovely water views, convenient location and great staff. Very much enjoyed our stay.
