Excellent Digital Experience and Perfect Location
9.0We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and the city center, making it very easy to explore everything on foot. One of the best things about this hotel was its fully digital experience. There was no traditional reception desk, but communication through WhatsApp was quick, efficient, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance. The self check-in process was incredibly convenient. We completed everything from our phones, and our room was accessed using a digital code, making the whole arrival process smooth and hassle-free. The gym was another highlight—it was spacious, modern, and equipped with a great selection of new equipment. We also really appreciated the luggage storage service. After checking out, we were able to securely store our bags in lockers until 8:00 PM by setting our own personal code. This made our last day in Brussels much more comfortable and stress-free. Another great feature was the self-service laundry room with both washing machines and dryers, which was very useful during our trip. We also liked that cleaning supplies were available for guests to use whenever needed, which was a thoughtful and practical touch.
− The only downside was that the room was a bit small. There wasn’t enough space to comfortably fit more than one suitcase, which made it difficult to move around the room with 2 Suitcases and a baby stroller. The storage space was also quite limited. Instead of a wardrobe, there was only a hanging rack and a small table, so it wasn’t ideal for guests staying longer or traveling with more luggage. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay.
