This was a nice hidden gem. Rooms were neat & clean. Breakfast was very good.

− Hot tub too hot for the time of year. Carpets need updated to wood flooring.

9.0Having a separate bedroom and 2 ac units was great. I could turn off the bedroom ac and just use the living room unit at night , which reduced the noise for sleeping. Ceiling fans were a big plus.
− Bathroom faucet aerater was almost completely plugged up. No bottled water provided. $1.50 charge per bottle.
