− O banheiro não tem box. eles deixam um rodo para o hospede puxar a agua. e acaba molhando o vaso sanitário, causando um trabalho desnecessário para o hospede que não espera encontar esta situação

− Primeiro lugar não gostei da gracinha de vocês do Booking, meu nome é Carlos Alberto Vendito. Vendido é a pqp. Quanto ao hotel, é um absurdo uma hospedagem não ter uma cama de casal
