7.0Great location next to a new mall, supermarket and great local restaurants.
− Staff could be a little friendlier. Also we went two days without housekeeping. We had to call several times to get new towels.

− Pague bastante y la cama tenia sabanas rotas, en un hotel tan prestigioso no se pueden aceptar esos errores, ademas cuando reserve decia claramente con lo que contaba el hotel y no era así, tubimos que pedir todo y ahí recien lo llevaron, como secador de pelo por ejemplo.
