Booking.com shows pictures of the unit we thought we were getting but when we checked in it was half the size and they c

− Accommodation was misrepresented by the booking company. We were very crowded and uncomfortable. If you look at the pictures that Booking.com shows compared to the ones I’m sending of the unit there no comparison at all. The staff at the hotel was very nice but said there was nothing they could do to help us with the issue.
