However, the breakfast was very disappointing. There was no coffee available, and other than making your own waffles, I didn’t see much food to choose from. I wasn’t able to have a proper breakfast because there was essentially nothing I wanted to eat, so I ended up driving to a nearby café instead. Before arrival, you’re required to complete an online check-in. But when you get to the hotel, they still take additional time for check-in and to link your card for the security deposit, even though I had already done that beforehand. These are relatively small issues. The main thing is that I got a good night’s sleep in a clean and comfortable place. Still, it was frustrating after a long drive to arrive expecting to rest and have more of your time taken up by the check-in process. And the breakfast was definitely a disappointment, since I was counting on it.
