10.0This newly renovated property was so nice! I thought I was at a condo with the two bedroom suite! It had two bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen. The kitchen had a big fridge and was stocked with dishes like a condo would be. It really reminded me of the Wyndham resorts I stay at with my timeshare! I highly recommend this place. Oh and breakfast was great (sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, and more).

2.0I booked this property back in February for graduation weekend. I made 5 reservations for this property. The beginning of the month I needed to make a change to one of the reservations and left several messages. My daughter lives in Lubbock and find out the property was closed for renovations. It would have been a total disaster if we had arrived to lodging on Friday. A family of 16 individuals with no place to stay. I did not receive any calls or information that the property was closed until further noticed. I left message with regional office and still no communication. Very disappointed.

6.0Dishes in the cupboard were not clean and the ice machine was broken. The quality was disappointing, although the beds were comfortable.
