4.0− The room is not clean. no shampoo refill. The breakfast was so bad. it's not thing to eat

1.0− I was very disappointed with my stay. Our first room had a large roach, so we requested to be moved. While the staff did switch our room, the second room wasn’t much better. It had a strong musty smell, felt extremely humid, and the thermostat was falling off the wall. To make matters worse, the electricity went out during our stay, and because of the outage, we couldn’t access the parking ,even though we had paid for parking. Overall, the condition of the rooms and the inconvenience we experienced made for a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

5.0The location was good. Breakfast was hot and ample.
− Parking costs of $5/day was unexpected. Being close to the freeway it was very loud and our room was not well-insulated from noise. We had to keep the air conditioner on all night to try to block the noise as the fan wouldn't stay on. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable for my son. Overall paying $511 for 3 nights seemed overpriced for this facility.
