10.0I have been a long-term guest for the past year here at the State House Inn and I have really enjoyed my stay. The staff has been very friendly and very accommodating and go out of their way to make me feel comfortable just to name a few, the general manager, Kayla, front desk, attendants Evernell and Kendra, Pat the director of housekeeping and Mr. David, not sure of his title, but he does it all. They are all super friendly and checking on me constantly. I would definitely recommend the SHI for your next trip to Springfield.
