5.0Tesisin konumu iyiydi. Politecnico di Torino'ya yakındı.
− Otel öğrenci yurdu gibi çok sayıda ve konforlu olmayan odalardan oluşuyordu. Ayrıca oda asansörün yanında olduğu için rahatsız edici derecede gürültülüydü. Ses yalıtımı çok yetersizdi.
