Not my choice for the next time
7.0The room was clean and if you are heading to the Sipadan or Mabul island the dive shops are just few meters away. 7-11 store next door.
− The reception staff could use more they beautiful smiles. The young lady look so angry and was not very friendly. The room was filled with different signs what is not allowed in the hotel. They check room when you are doing a check-out and that took a long time. Not worth the money.

You can almost certainly do better than this at the price. We did not feel at all valued as guests.
6.0The room was OK, and the bed comfortable.
− The reception was not particularly friendly and they make no attempt to connect with guests, they are just doing a job. It is clear that the calibre of their guests is not great, as they go to great lengths to advise guests how to behave and not steal equipment. On our first stay, they refused to hand over my daughter's luggage that they were storing until they had checked the room and the second stay they were reluctant to let us leave until the room had been checked. The staff also don't make any attempt to assist with luggage. We were given vouchers for breakfast at a choice of three different restaurants, but with very limited options. The first morning we gave it a try and got bananas, a soggy microwaved croissant with no butter or jam and cup of instant coffee. The coffee shop had much better options, but these were not available on the voucher.
