3.0The gentleman at the front desk was respectful and seemed to understand my situation. I have no hard feelings toward him personally, and I appreciated that he treated me with basic courtesy during a difficult experience.
− I want to clarify that the gentleman at the front desk was respectful and seemed to understand my situation. I have no hard feelings toward him personally. My concern is with whoever later flooded my Booking inbox with multiple messages with lies, which felt like an attempt to make it appear that I was rude or that I simply refused to respect the reservation specially when the description did not match soe of theyre local policies. Honestly, I only wanted a place to sleep, but due to the situation and the vibes, I had no choice but to go to another hotel, the Days Inn by Wyndham near Fiesta Park. The staff there was professional, respectful, and handled the situation much better. at 3:00AM The only reason I am leaving these comments is because of the excessive lying messages I received afterward, which made the experience even more frustrating and glad that my calls are record it for manegement to audit because it was really not cool. The way they handle the $60 deposit felt unethical and not transparent. I have stayed at other Days Inn properties where deposits are explained clearly,
