Excellent stay assisted by professional staff in Hilton quality facility, and I would definitely return
10.0Location for my meeting venue , cleanliness, staff attention, quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, fresh coffee/tea always available.
− Surrounded by construction sites but the hotel itself made up for the location in the above ways.
My opinion: not for long stay because is noisy
6.01) We stayed for almost a week. I considered that I had made a mistake booking this location for a long stay, because we were "far" from all the main attractions of the city. The good news was that the subway offers a lot of options, and all lines are so close by walking distance, and because it was the last (or the first) stop, we didn't have to deal with tons of people. 2) Bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was comfortable as well, but the room was really small. 3) Room was clean, and they organized every day, so we had a clean bathroom, clean towels, and a nice bed; very pleased 4) Complimentary unlimited free Coffee and tea was a blessing 5) Breakfast was good, and they have options; the lady in the breakfast area was really nice and helpful. My only complaint is that they use paper plates and cups; it is more waste and more pollution. They had almond milk! 6) They don't have a restaurant or bar, but the blocks around offer good food options
− 1) Our bedroom was tiny and difficult to walk around; there is no space (I guess it is a Manhattan problem). Our room was close to the elevator, so we heard everything and everybody, and there was a noisy ice machine as well. 2) It was so hard to sleep there because it is super noisy. There is a constant sound of a turbine of AC, is like the sound inside an airplane- you know this continuous "shhhhhhhhhiiiiiii" that is annoying. Because, as tourists, we walked a lot, we were just tired when we arrived that we took some melatonin and fell asleep, but the sound never stopped. 3) When we received the room, the window was open. I thought they left it open for us. But then I found out the window was broken and opened with the wind. So we need to report this, and somebody has to come and fixed. We were lucky the glass didn't break the 3 or 4 times the window fell over our bags. 4) The furniture is big for the size of the room and is old and heavy. With modern custom-size furniture, the room can be more comfortable 5) New York is always under construction, so expect construction areas around; this time it was over the same street as the hotel, and just in front of our hotel windows 6) Very expensive for the quality of the hotel; I was expecting more comfort, to be honest. 7) Front desk people were basically useless; the staff during the day shift were not friendly, poorly said hi or welcome. The person that make our check-in (at night) was so much friendly compared.
We had a great stay, located in a beautiful location with access to everything needed.
8.0It was a great location
− The room was too small

6.0The location was great. Also, the staff was very helpful.
− The bathroom’s door was somewhat weird and wasn’t fully closing.
