Nothing

− Upon arrival the staff informed me that the elevators were not working and the only room they had was on the 3rd floor. I was unable to accept that room as my 77 year old mother cannot climb stairs. The hotel was unwilling to accomodate my family with a room and or rooms of the same price and size on the main floor. I have stayed at this location multiple times over the years and was always treated well. But after this incident I will not be returning!

Breakfast and location were very good. The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful as they were keenly aware of the issue of not having a working elevator. Housekeeping went above and beyond, lots of steps with large loads going both ways.

− Big problem for two elderly people with physical challenges and the elevator being out of order during our entire visit. Especially with getting our luggage, cooler, etc. up to our room and then back down to our vehicle.

Easy to find

− The staff was rude they automatically turn your key off in the morning so if u go to get breakfast you have to go and get the key turned back on also the elevator didn’t work had to carry everything up the stairs the concierge was rude. Was not worth the money spent

Breakfast was good and the attendant was very nice

− They gave us a room that the Bathroom was not cleaned properly you don’t expect to try the toilet clogged up and gums stuck on the floor unacceptable the elevator broke our keys quit working and had to walk stairs I’m 60% handicap on a cane

Location was a bit odd because you had to drive behind a shopping center to get to the hotel.
