7.0全体的に良かった
− 飲み物のセットサービスがある事を最初から説明して欲しい。あとで説明受けたのでそれを利用した事にして欲しいと言ったが最初からそれを頼まないと無理と言われて知らない事頼めないのにおかしいシステムだと思う。
まあまあかな？
6.0部屋やレストランからの景色がよかったです。
− 部屋に入るなり濡れたタオルが2枚床に落ちていて、気持ち悪かった。 風呂に髪の毛が落ちていて気持ち悪かったので、景色は良かったけど、使いませんでした。

2.0特に感じられなかった
− 旅行が好きで色んな温泉旅館を旅していますが亀の井ホテルは中々名前が知り渡って楽しみにしていましたがとにかくスタッフさんの笑顔がなく無愛想の方が多く口数が少なく残念な気持ちで帰宅しました皆さんがそうか分かりませんがもっと明るく出迎えて見送りされた方がリピーターが増えると思います。
