− Limpeza dos quartos e banheiro…
Hotel La Cilada. As fotos criam uma expectativa que a experiência real não consegue entregar.
5.0O hotel é bem localizado e a vista para o lago é realmente deslumbrante.
− A lista é grande. Começando por ser um hotel que se coloca como 4 estrelas, pode até ter sido um dia, mas hoje esta muito distante de ser um, parece um Ibis dos ruinzinhos. A manutenção predial é precária. Mínima ou nenhuma atenção a detalhes assim como a limpeza (vi a camareira colocando a lixeira em cima da pia para limpar o chão, colocaram um copo no banheiro que era novo e tinha etiqueta colada que mostrava que não havia sido nem lavado). Chuveiro oscila entre frio e quente (e a gerente do hotel se posicionou como se fosse uma calúnia quando falei...a convido a tomar um banho naquele quarto), tem um espaço de 2cm entre as portas do box onde entra ventinho desconfortável durante o banho. Travesseiros de péssima qualidade, cantos com sujidades acumuladas. Portas dos quartos com zero vedação sonora (qualquer barulhinho no corredor se ouve claramente de dentro do quarto). A decepção quando chegamos foi grande. Pelas fotos os quartos parecem ser aconchegantes e acolhedores mas pessoalmente não era nada do que esperávamos, sem falar no forte odor que me deu dor de cabeça em 5 minutos ali. Conversamos com o hotel e o booking pois gostaríamos de negociar a multa de cancelamento, realmente não queríamos ficar. Fomos totalmente ignorados sobre a solicitação. Estávamos viajando com criança pequena para relaxar, curtir os ambientes e a falta de colaboração deles realmente foi um fator bem desgastante. No geral, não recomendo a estadia nesse hotel. Há opções melhores com valor similar.

− La habitación 301 al lado del ascensor no permite descansar por el ruido del funcionamiento del mismo ! Por el precio que pagué : tres noches :1.180.000$ merecía una habitación standar mejor !
