Noise issues throughout our stay.

To start off with the positives - we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the service level has been good from all employees. We are staying in the off season so fully expected that not all restaurants may be open (1 out of 7 currently) but had no issue with this however we did have an issue with noise problems throughout our stay. The holiday was a babymoon for us and we were looking forward to relaxing. As mentioned in previous reviews, the hotel offers a swimming training camp for teenagers which means that large groups are staying at the hotel. On our first day/ night we encountered shouting from balconies/ screaming in corridors/ knocking on our door during the night and when it continued the second night we asked to swap rooms. The hotel was accommodating and moved us to a room facing the other side of the hotel. This room was quieter until the hotel hosted their annual staff party (informed by reception when I rang to ask what time the music would be stopping - 1 to 2ish am) which meant loud thumping music in our room, which you could hear even with balcony doors closed stopping us sleeping. Maybe we were unlucky in our stay as I can see there are many positive reviews but we paid a lot of money and felt like the least we could expect was a good nights sleep. We do not normally write reviews but felt very disappointed overall with our stay.

From the time we arrived on the evening of the 16th/02 the beautiful distinguished hotel receptionist (E) made us feel so welcome including the conceige helping us with our bags. Nickolas was also really helpful when we thought we lost our room cards 😃The resort is massive having fantastic amenities catering for all. The relaxed atmosphere generated by staff as well as the beautiful location made our holiday enjoyable, encompassing and wholesome. We had half-board and thoroughly enjoyed all the food well prepared having a theme night. Each and every staff member we encounter were absolutely friendly and helpful and what was nice was the calm way they got on with what they had to do especially at busy times ... Some of the staff we encountered were Bianca, Sharmila, Anita and all of the kitten and restaurant staff you amazing ... You were fantastic. The rooms were beautifully cleaned and we enjoyed our suite overlooking the beautiful bay ...The resort was also central to all the tours we planned ... So all in all we would absolutely recommend Coral Bay Hotel 10 out of 10 and we will definitely be staying here again... Thank you all ❤️😃🤠

Beautiful location, lush gardens, fabulous food!

This hotel is everything you want in a holiday. I went with 3 friends in November 2024 for a week. Although off season, we still had a fabulous time. My friends rooms were all lovely, with a sea view, but mine overlooked towards Peyia and staff areas. It wasn’t such a great view and I was very disappointed. I asked to change rooms but they said the hotel was full. Not sure if it was. It was very clean, staff were friendly and service was good. The selection of food was amazing and so were the cocktails. Set in lush gardens with beach access and a heated pool, jacuzzi and gym. Bus stop just over the road, for easy access to town and harbour. Highly recommended!
