A wonderful hotel
10.0My husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands for four days last weekend, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is gorgeous, it was spotless, smelt great, has fabulous amenities and a fantastic restaurant & bar, making it an ideal base for our stay in London. Our room was huge with everything we could possibly need including a Nespresso machine. Despite the busy area and room was perfectly quiet and given the heatwave we were very grateful for the air conditioning. What really made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. Every member of the team we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A special mention goes to the staff in the bar and restaurant, who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and cheerful attitude made every meal a pleasure. The food was outstanding, the small plates and burgers were a huge hit. I would definitely recommend eating in the hotel during your stay because it was definitely the best food around and we tried everywhere 😂 The buffet breakfast deserves particular praise—it was one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve experienced and for context we have a minimum of 20-30 hotel stays a year. The selection was extensive, with a fantastic variety of hot and cold options, fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, and drinks, all beautifully presented and regularly replenished. There was truly something for everyone, and it set us up perfectly for each day. Thank you to everyone at the Crowne Plaza London Docklands for making our stay so memorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London, and we look forward to returning in the future.
