Just the problem with the 'river view' room through booking.com.
8.0The place was in good shape, especially for the price and close to the airport.
− With booking.com I selected a 'river view' room. I took the printed reservation showing this. The front desk had no record of this. I ended up in another room. Frustrating.

10.0The help from the staff who went above and beyond to help me especially Damion and there was another gentleman who’s name I can not remember but was on the night shift fantastic customer service from them both

− The rooms were smelly, dirty, stains on sheets ants and drug deals going on. I would never recommend this place to anyone. My daughter and i felt very unsafe here. There were holes in the walls, the bathroom was dirty and smelly. I would like my money back

− Tukwila is not a great location in Washington so this isn’t on the property itself, but the location is filled with cops and sketchy people
Barely acceptable and very disappointing. The place is ignored and falling apart.
4.0What breakfast lol Location is acceptable and convenient
− Everything Many things do not function Maintenance is lacking They don’t do anything unless you call them and ask to fix this and that, bring towels, refresh the suite, shower curtains are lacking and shower water falls outside the tub, some other tenants were causing problems. Overall, we were worried about the overall atmosphere.
